Filipino Folktale: The Flood Story

This was a folktale in the Philippines which is titled "The Flood Story". This story was about the the two brothers the son of the Great Spirit. The two brothers wanted to hunt, since there were no moutains that was formed they had to caused the water to flow all over the world. They set a trap so they can hunt for wild pigs and deers. Instead of getting wild pigs and deer they caught many people too. When Lumawig look down the earth he saw that everything was covered with water and everything drown except for two people. Both people were cold and Lumawig ask them if they are still alive they answered him. Lumawig send the dog and the deer to get some supply to make fire. Since he command them to do that they haven't came back yet. Lumawig didnt have a choice but to go to them. The deer and the dog finally made fire after Lumawig went to them. As soon as the water evaporated and there were mountains, the brother and the sister were married and had children and therefore came many people on the planet earth.

LEGO ROBOTIC PROJECT

The lego robotic project was really fun especially when you have a partner to help you. We were working on this project for 4 weeks, we had to learn how the robot works and how to program the NXL which is like the brain of the robot. The first week we watched videos about how the lego robotic works. The half of the second week we did the same thing but the half of it we started building robots using our imaginations. The third week we were still building robots. And the last week of doing the project we learned how to program the robot and made them to turn and go straight. Programming the robot is not that easy because you have to learn it then try to program the robot. Theres alot of things you have to learn on programming but when you get the hang of its reall easy..
The past few weeks of the computer lit. class had been really fun even though i had no idea what we were doing.

Lego Robotic Class



 

This week, we made a robot for the computer lit. class. I think it was really fun and we got to make our own robot with our own imagination. We’ve been doing robotics since before we got to our spring break. the past few weeks had been really fun and super cool. 

 

we’ve had some problems with the programming so far because since my group consists of girls so that means that the robot will probably do stuff girlish

Technology in Anime

Animation is a display of a sequence of an image of  two-dimensional artworks by creating movements. When animation begun, it started to revolved around the development of technology. Alot of anime creators use technology to draw and make characters. Some people use alot of effort on drawing anime in the computer because its hard when you are using a mouse to draw but some people has a pad that they connect to their pc and then there they are able to draw good. When anime creators are drawing in their pc they have to plan what they are going to draw if its a girl or a boy. Creating anime characters in pc might be hard but its really fun. When creating a animated show, the creators needs to plan where it will be, what characters they will use or how many character they will use, etc. My friends in another country draw alot of anime because thats their hobby and sometimes they would let people draw on the pad then it will show on the pc. Its really cool to be able to draw anime because people might like your drawing.
